Orders & Shipping

All of our products include Free Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, we ask that you chip-in to cover the additional cost for long distance travel.
Domestic orders placed before 12pm should arrive within 2-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options should you need a product sooner.
Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s whereabouts.
Yes we do! Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for taxes & duties (approximately $60 CAD.)

We have 30-day free returns. We want to make it as easy as possible to try the Airsign HEPA Vacuum to make sure it's a good fit for you and your home. If you're having any reservations, email us at support@airsign.co and we'll give you return instructions and send you a pre-paid shipping label.

“HEPA” stands for “high-efficiency particulate air” (filter) and only applies to filters that filter >99.97% of particles at 0.3 microns in size. What’s important about HEPA filters is they’re incredibly effective at capturing viruses, bacteria, pollen, PM2.5, allergens, and more. The number 14 indicates the Minimum Efficiency Reporting Values (MERV), or more simply, the level of filtration. HEPA-14 filters 99.995% of particles of 0.3 microns and over that flow through it.
Yes! You can sign up for a subscription when you buy your vacuum or purchase later through our online shop. We will send you 4X AirBags, 1X HEPA filter, and 1X Pre-filter every six months so that you never have to worry about running out.
We chose to power the Airsign HEPA Vacuum using a cord for a few reasons:
1. An extremely powerful motor is needed to reach the deepest dirt and debris in your home. The Airsign is able to provide that level of suction through 1200W of power, something only possible with corded vacuums.
2. Most cordless vacuums last for less than 15min on max power. This simply isn't enough time to clean most peoples homes.
3. Batteries degrade quickly over time, most cordless vacuums die within two years. Airsign is designed to last up to 10 years or more.

When designing the vacuum, we pushed the boundaries of what was thought possible when creating appliances. Decisions on every single vacuum part were made with sustainability in mind. We invested heavily in R&D in order to get 20% post-consumer recycled plastic into the chassis, outlawed paint, glue, or permanent snap fits, minimized packaging, and more to make this the most sustainable vacuum on the market.
We put our money where our mouth is. We invested an additional $150K in R&D to make it happen. While 20% is the limit of recycled plastic we could use without compromising quality, we will continue to invest in R&D to increase the percentage of recycled materials in our products until we reach 100%.
Most appliances are made with glue, permanent snap fits, and paint because (1) it's cheaper, and (2) it forces customers to re-purchase products when parts fail. We designed our vacuum to be assembled and disassembled by hand by minimizing the number of parts and using screws to keep parts together.
We want to infuse sustainability into every product that we'll design. We plan to open a dialogue with our customers to have a hand in choosing our next products – focusing on how they'd like to see us improve a product's footprint.
